You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases made through our Services.
Product Compatibility
Unauthorized Use: You may not use our themes or Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to distributing malware, engaging in hacking, or violating any applicable laws. Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of any theme or software provided by the Company.
Delivery
Your purchased product(s) information will be emailed to the email address (that you will provide) once we receive your payment. Even though this usually takes a few minutes, it may also take up to 24 hours. You can contact us through our contact page if you do not receive your email after waiting for this time period. You will also have access to your purchased products from your account in Archi Elite after logging in.
Services management
Support: The Company provides support for its themes as described in the Support and Updates policy. Support inquiries should be directed through our designated support channels. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at its discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
